Your safari driver-guide will pick you up early from your hotel in Arusha. After a short briefing, begin your journey to Tarangire National Park. The drive takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours (120 km) through scenic Maasai plains and local villages

Arrive at the park’s gate, register, and start your game drive. Tarangire is known for its majestic baobab trees, large elephant herds, and diverse wildlife including lions, leopards, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, and many species of birds.

Enjoy a game drive along the Tarangire River, a permanent water source attracting abundant wildlife, especially during the dry season (June–October)

Stop at a scenic picnic site overlooking the river or inside the park. Enjoy your packed lunch while observing animals nearby

Continue exploring different areas of the park. You might visit the Silale Swamp, a favorite spot for elephants, buffalo, and predators. Capture great photos and enjoy the stunning landscape.
